Anything more serious is handled by the floor security lead, who is on every guest list under their own name, and who has the final say in the room, including over us.

Your pass is checked against the door list, your bag is checked, you hand over your coat, and a glass of Sangria is put in your hand. You are on the floor within a couple of minutes of walking in. Nobody is introduced to anybody unless they ask a host, and there is no seating plan and no host walking you to a chair.
No. You talk to whoever you want to talk to, for as long as you both want to. Any guest can end any conversation at any point, nothing is announced, and no reason is recorded.
In person, the old-fashioned way: you swap numbers when you both want to. Nobody leaves with a number they were not given, and privacy is a high priority.
That is what the matched pass numbers are for, and what a person checks before the list closes. We would rather postpone a night than run one badly lopsided, and if we ever do, you choose: full refund or a transfer.
A one-time ₹500 per person, shown next to every price rather than hidden inside it, and the only amount you pay at checkout; the remaining event/pass payment will be collected later. It pays for a person reading your fifteen answers, balancing the guest list so the room never tilts one way, and writing your card for the guest PDF. Charged once per person, not per chapter.
Entirely. You walk up to them. Nobody is assigned to anybody and nothing on this floor is seated, so introductions only happen if you ask a host on the night. What the profiling does is balance the room and tell you, in the guest PDF, who is going to be in it.
Then you still had a good night: the food, the music, the room. It is not a verdict on you, nobody else is ever told, and there is always another night in another city.
