ACCESSIBILITY
Step-free access, a quieter space, seating, a companion ticket: tell us what you need in your message, and a host will call you before the night with the details for your city. We confirm access details for each room as its booking is signed, and we will always tell you what a venue cannot do rather than let you find out at the door.

We will not put a journalist in a room as a guest. We will happily seat you at the host desk, on the record, on any night you like.
LUCKY DRAW TERMS
One chit per connection, written on the night and dropped in the box by the bar. Open to every pass holder aged 18 or over who is inside the room. Drawn in the open, in front of the room, before the last hour. Trips are for two and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
Prize inclusions, travel windows and sponsor details are confirmed in writing with the winner and posted at the door on the night. Nothing about a trip is promised on this website before it is confirmed on paper. If you would like the full written terms before you book, ask us here and we will send them.
